Ovens Up To 3.3 X 3.3 X 2.6M

This enables us to mould items like cylinders as big as 3 metres long as well as annealing of products to remove stresses in the material. This can be important in jobs like large fish tanks.
Laser Cut Shapes
Our 2 laser profile cutting machines can cut any shape up to 3m x 2m, and any thickness up to 40 mm thick. As the laser beam cuts through acrylic it polishes the cut edge, giving it a high gloss finish. A great accuracy can be achieved and nesting of shapes can save on material.
Laser Cut Edges
We’re able to cut fine parts with great detail using a precision laser. For example, letters can be cut and fitted into a perfect fitting template of different colour. JPEG, TIFF, DXF, PDF or similar files can be supplied for easy conversion to our machines.
Laser Etching And Engraving
Used for marking, engraving pictures and letters into plastics panels and laser cutting of shapes. Materials can also be etched with the laser enabling great effects with gray scale to look like black and white photographs. Etching can also be done with very thin lines for logos or part numbers etc. JPEG, TIFF, DXF, PDF or similar files can be supplied for easy conversion to our machines.
Vacuum Forming Up To 1.2 X 1.2M
For forming plastic sheets from 1-10 mm thick to fine details. This is a semi-automatic process where sheets are heated up inside a vacuum forming machine. The hot sheet will be drawn over a tool to end up with quite intricate shapes. This is a good process for medium size runs. ABS, HIPS, Polycarbonate etc. are materials used in this process. Thicknesses from .5 mm to 10mm can be used.
Beam Saw And Beam Saw Cutting
For precision straight cutting from 0.2 to 60mm thick. Using a fully automatic machine we cut sheets of any plastic to size. Multiple sheets can also be cut at ones to keep the cost down. A perfectly clean, smooth cut with high accuracy is archived with the help of this saw. As well as for our own requirement we do contract cutting of your plastic sheets.
Diamond Edge Polisher
To archive an edge finish to match the surface of acrylic. Clear and coloured acrylic, as well as polycarbonate can be edged polished with our diamond edge polishing machine. Pieces up to 2.5 m long and 80 mm thick can thus be polished.
Flat Bed Routers 3.6 X 2M
For cutting, machining and engraving sheets up to 3.6 m long, 2 m wide and items up to 200 high. Similar to Laser cutting, flat bed router cutters will cut any shape into sheets of plastics to fine detail and repeatability. Files of any type can be converted and sent to our machines. The size of the processing area is up to 3.6 m x 2 m. The thickness of the sheets can be from .5 up to 50mm. Engraving is possible as well as some 3 dimensional cutting.
