Thermo & Vacuum Forming

B & M Plastics thermoform sheets of Acrylic, Polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, PETG, HIPS, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene. Large oven 3.6 x 3.6 x 2.2 meters. This enables us to form very large parts, and parts that are very heavy due to their thickness. A large range of tools for domes and cylinders up to 2400mm diameter is available.

A vacuum forming machine of 1.2 x 1.2m, top and bottom heating enables us to vacuum- form Polycarbonate as well as other materials from 1 – 10 mm thickness. We form small parts from material up to 50mm thick sheets for fish-tanks and similar.

Canopies, cones, domes, cylinders, roof-tiles, windows, skylights, chutes, light-cover, boat windows, trays, lettering for shopfronts flat and 3 D and tanks are just some of the parts we form. PVC Ducting, Polypropylene Ducting, are also thermoformed by us. We will form parts to your requirements.
